Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the use of the Novadesko platform, published by Novadesko, whose registered office is located at Rue de Boussoit, 4, 7110 Maurage, registered under number BE.0501.936.990. By accessing the platform, the user unconditionally accepts these T&C.

Article 2: Data Collection

Novadesko collects the personal data necessary for the management of user accounts and the improvement of services. This data is collected in accordance with European data protection legislation (GDPR). Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data. Requests can be sent to: contact@novadesko.com.

Article 3: Use of Services

The services offered on the Novadesko platform are intended for professional use by merchants and businesses. Any use contrary to public order or applicable legislation is prohibited.

Article 4: Liability

Novadesko makes all necessary efforts to ensure the availability and security of the platform. However, Novadesko cannot be held liable in the event of:

  • Data loss due to a technical failure, human error, or malicious intrusion;
  • Temporary or permanent interruption of services for reasons beyond its control;
  • Indirect damages related to the use or inability to use the platform's services.
It is recommended that users regularly back up their data to avoid accidental loss.

Article 5: Intellectual Property

The entirety of the content of the Novadesko platform, including but not limited to texts, images, graphics, and logos, is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization from Novadesko.

Article 6: Changes to the T&C

Novadesko reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Users will be informed of any significant changes. By continuing to use the services after a modification of the T&C, the user accepts these modifications.

Article 7: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Commercial Court of Mons.
