Novadesko writes to companies recently registered with the CBE to help them move to electronic invoicing, now mandatory for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. The letter presents our offer and carries a personal activation code below the QR code.

This letter is not an invoice, not a reminder and not an administrative step. Not interested? Simply ignore it: nothing is due.
Activate the offer: two scans and you are done
The letter carries two QR codes. Each has its role.
Scan the payment QR code
It prepares the bank transfer with the amount and the structured reference. As soon as the payment arrives, the activation of your account starts automatically. You can also make the transfer manually with the reference printed on the letter.
Scan the activation QR code
It opens the creation of your account: enter your e-mail address and phone number, and you get immediate access to your data. The 7-character activation code printed below the QR code does the same if you prefer to type it.

You paid thinking it was an invoice
No worries: cancel and request the refund in one minute with the code from the letter and your company number. No invoice is issued before the 14th day: your payment only corresponds to the order form of the registration. The amount goes back to the originating bank account within 5 business days at most, with the same structured reference as your payment.
Cancel and get refundedYou paid to get the 30% discount
Perfect, your access is activated. The invoice is issued after the 14th day, the period during which you can still change your mind and get a full refund. After that, the annual subscription runs and you receive the invoice by e-mail.

Is it an invoice or a reminder?
No. It is an optional commercial offer. Nothing is due and no action is required if you do not wish to follow up.
I paid by mistake, how do I get a refund?
Go to the cancellation page, enter the code from the letter and your company number, then confirm. The subscription is cancelled and the refund goes to the originating account within 5 business days, with the same structured reference as your payment. No invoice is issued before the 14th day: your payment only corresponds to the order form of the registration.
When is my invoice issued if I keep the offer?
After the 14th day following the payment, once the withdrawal period has passed. It is sent by e-mail and stays available in your account.
Can I choose a monthly subscription instead?
Yes. Create your account for free and pick the monthly plan without commitment on the Subscription page. You can change or cancel at any time.
