Between Belgian VAT registered companies, a PDF in the mailbox no longer counts. The invoice has to travel in a structured format over the Peppol network. Novadesko is registered as an access point: your invoices leave and arrive straight from your account, with no third party software. Peppol receiving is included in all our plans.
Your invoices go out in Peppol BIS 3.0 and supplier invoices land in your Novadesko inbox, with no receiving limit.
Your VAT number becomes your address on the network, at no extra cost on your plan.
There is no official « Peppol certified » label. We show you what to check, here and anywhere else.

Amazon Business
Your Amazon Business invoices (amazon.fr, amazon.com) imported automatically into your purchases: Amazon sends them as PDFs to your Novadesko invoice mailbox, where they are analysed, notified and ready to validate. No API, in 3 steps.
Invoice Inbox
A dedicated email address for your supplier invoices: every PDF, image, XML or ZIP received is automatically imported into your purchases, a copy is sent to your mailbox, and nothing is stored on the server beyond 24 hours. Antivirus and strict checks built in.
NovaFisko
Your accountant finds your accounting (documents, PCMN allocations, bank, fixed assets) in NovaFisko, and their corrections come back to you.

Your OVHcloud invoices (hosting, domains, servers) are retrieved automatically via the official API once your account is linked, imported into your purchases and ready to validate. Alternative: billing contact to your invoices mailbox.
SharyDocs
Accounting submissions: transmission of sales, purchases and credit notes to your accountant (WinAuditor, Wings, Horus, deferred sending combined). UBL XML and PDF, sending per VAT period, document-by-document tracking.
WinAuditor Connect
Compares your sales, credit notes, tickets and purchases with your accountant's WinAuditor file and drops the missing documents into their inboxes. Encrypted customer account, read-only by default, no accounting entries written.
