Between Belgian VAT registered companies, a PDF in the mailbox no longer counts. The invoice has to travel in a structured format over the Peppol network. Novadesko is registered as an access point, so your Peppol invoicing leaves and arrives straight from your account, with no third party software in between.
Your invoices go out in Peppol BIS 3.0 and supplier invoices land in your Novadesko inbox.
Your VAT number becomes your address on the network, at no extra cost on your plan.
There is no official « Peppol certified » label. We show you what to check, here and anywhere else.

Are integrations included in the subscription?
Most connectors are included in your plan. A few premium services (SMS, WhatsApp, bank sync depending on the plan) are optional and indicated on each card.
How do I send my documents to my accountant?
Enable the integration of your accounting software (Horus, Wings, WinAuditor) or deferred sending: your sales and purchase invoices are transmitted automatically. Your accountant also gets a free dedicated portal.
Can I connect several online shops?
Yes. PrestaShop, WooCommerce and Shopify connect in minutes: catalogue, orders and customers are synchronised and every order becomes an invoice.
Is an integration missing?
