Yes. You export your clients' entries (sales, purchases, credit notes, payments) to the main Belgian packages: Winbooks, Bob, Sage, Horus, Exact Online, Wings or WinAuditor. Client and supplier listings are generated automatically.

How do I access my clients' files?

Your client invites you in a few clicks from their Novadesko workspace. You get secure fiduciary access to their invoices, expenses, bank statements and supporting documents, with no e-mails or file exchanges.

Is fiduciary access paid?

No. Access to the fiduciary portal is entirely free for accounting firms. Only your client holds a Novadesko subscription.

How does Novadesko handle Peppol e-invoicing?

Sending and receiving invoices through the Peppol network is built in. Your clients are ready for the Belgian B2B e-invoicing obligation, with no extra tool.

Can I retrieve all supporting documents?

Yes. The portal lets you download a file's documents in one go, period by period, as a ZIP. Each document also remains viewable individually, linked to its entry.

Where is my clients' data hosted?

On secure servers located in Belgium, GDPR-compliant, with regular backups and encrypted exchanges.

Can I retrieve my clients' CODA and UBL files?

Yes. CODA statements from connected bank accounts are gathered in a dedicated view of the portal, and every Peppol invoice can be downloaded in its original UBL format alongside the PDF. Everything is available in real time, without asking your client.
