Yes. You test Novadesko for 14 days without paying and without giving a credit card. Nothing is charged automatically when the period ends: you decide yourself whether to subscribe or stop.
No. The monthly plan runs with no commitment and you cancel it from your customer area. If you prefer to pay yearly you get a discount, but you are never obliged to.
Yes. Sending and receiving electronic invoices through the Peppol network is part of the invoicing module, with no extra fee per invoice. Since 1 January 2026 this structured format is mandatory between Belgian VAT registered businesses, and Novadesko handles it for you.
No. Access to the accounting firm portal is free: only your own subscription is billed. Your accountant opens your file and pulls your entries in Winbooks, Bob, Sage, Horus, Exact Online, Wings or WinAuditor format.
