Where we are, in plain terms

Rue de Boussoit 4, 7110 Maurage. It is part of La Louvière, right in the middle of Hainaut, twenty minutes from Mons and half an hour from Charleroi. That is no accident : most of our first customers were shopkeepers from that area, and plenty of them are still with us.

We do not run a showroom open to the street. A shopkeeper who wants to watch a till in action before signing books a slot, and we either run a remote demo or drop by during the quiet hours. Seeing the software on your own counter, with your own products, tells you far more than a demo unit in an office ever will.

The regions we serve

The software runs in a browser, so coverage is national, from Ostend to Arlon. What changes from one region to the next is the ground itself : a hair salon in Namur does not run its till the way a chip shop in Charleroi or a bike shop in Ghent does.

So we wrote one page per Walloon province and one per major Flemish city. Each covers the certified cash register rules as they apply to your trade, the prices people really pay, and the local quirks nobody else bothers to mention, such as weekly markets or cross border customers.

Our official details

Here are the exact company details. A business directory, a traders association or an accountant listing us can copy them as they stand : that consistency is precisely what lets Google tie the reviews, the business profile and the website to one single company.

If you spot a Novadesko listing with an outdated address or a phone number that leads nowhere, tell us. We get it corrected, and that spares a customer the frustration of a line ringing into the void.

Remote or on site

Setup nearly always happens remotely, which is kinder to your diary. We share a screen, import your products, set the VAT rates and payment methods, then print a test receipt. Allow an hour for a simple shop, two for a hospitality business with several tills.

That leaves the cases where being there helps : taking over an old register whose exports nobody can find, wiring a cash drawer and a network printer, or training a team of six working in shifts. In Hainaut, Liège and Namur a visit usually fits into the same week.

Who answers, when and in which language

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Brussels time. You get someone from the team, in French, Dutch or English. Nobody will ask for your case number before saying hello.

Outside those hours email is the safer route : we answer within 24 working hours. Shops often open on Saturday, we know that, so faults that stop you taking payment jump the queue first thing on Monday.
