What Leases does
The Leases module lists the premises your business rents: office, warehouse, workshop, parking space. For each lease you enter the landlord (one of your suppliers or none), the property name, the rent amount, the security deposit, the civil liability cover, the frequency (monthly, quarterly or yearly), the usual debit day, the dates and the contract duration.
The counters add up active leases, the rent per month, the annual projection and the deposits tied up. The contract, the inventory of fixtures and the amendments stay attached to the lease. A lease can be paused, completed or terminated without losing its history.
