What Route Sheets does
Route Sheets keeps the log of your business trips: a meeting at a customer, an equipment pick-up at a supplier, an on-site audit. Pick the contact and Novadesko computes the route from your company address, one way or return; you can always correct the distance.
Each trip is converted into an allowance at your company mileage rate. The indicators show the total kilometres, the trips this month, the estimated cost and the kilometres of linked documents; the chart shows the trend by month or by year.
The Vehicles page lists your fleet (make, model, plate, fuel, CO₂) and the default vehicle. The CSV or PDF export of the period is the record to give your accountant.
Who is it for?
Self-employed people, tradespeople, consultants and SMEs who travel to customers or suppliers and want to justify their mileage costs without a paper logbook.
