What Credits does
The Credits module brings every financing of your business together on one screen: bank loans, leasing, mortgages or car loans, and also money you lend to someone else. For each loan, Novadesko computes the month by month schedule from the amount, the rate, the term and the fees.
You immediately see the principal still owed, the total of your monthly instalments and the overdue ones. An instalment can be marked as paid or matched with a bank transaction, and the loan agreement stays attached to the loan.
Who is it for?
Self-employed people and small businesses repaying one or more loans (vehicle, equipment, property) or who lent money to a partner, a customer or another company.
-
Borrowed and granted

-
Computed schedule
Principal, interest, insurance and arrangement fees: the full schedule is generated when you create the loan, monthly or at the frequency you choose.
-

Active loans, remaining principal, total monthly payment and number of overdue instalments, updated in real time.
-
