PrestaShop Sync

Connect your PrestaShop store: catalogue and stock imported, every order as a purchase order and the invoice created when it is being processed.

PrestaShop Sync in action

An animated simulation of the app screen, step by step.

  1. Choose what is synced: categories, products, orders and invoices.
  2. The invoice is generated when the order reaches the chosen state.
  3. Sync now runs the import without waiting for the next round.
  4. The summary shows what was imported.
  5. The indicators count purchase orders, invoices and the orders total.
  6. The new order arrives as a numbered purchase order.
  7. An order already being processed has automatically received its invoice.
The PrestaShop page: connected store, indicators, sync options and latest imported documents. Example screen: generic labels and illustrative amounts, no real data. Reduced motion: the screen stays on its final state, step through with the buttons.

What PrestaShop Sync does

PrestaShop Sync links your store to your Novadesko file. In PrestaShop you enable the Webservice and create a key with read rights on categories, products, orders, customers and addresses; in Novadesko you paste the store URL and that key.

Categories and products are imported with their reference, price excl. VAT, EAN, weight and stock quantity. Each order becomes a numbered purchase order with its customer, lines and shipping costs, and the invoice is generated when the order reaches the state you chose, Processing in progress by default. The sync runs every 15 minutes or on demand.

Who is it for?

Belgian merchants selling through a PrestaShop store who want their products, orders and invoices in Novadesko without entering them twice.

  • Webservice key connection

The store URL and a read-only key are enough: Novadesko checks the access before saving the connection.

  • Catalogue and stock

Categories and products imported with reference, price excl. VAT, EAN, weight, quantity and active status, with no duplicates.

  • Purchase orders

Each order becomes a numbered purchase order, with the customer matched by email or created with their address.

  • Automatic invoice

Pick the PrestaShop states that trigger the invoice; it follows your invoice numbering.

  • Sync options

Turn categories, products, orders and automatic invoicing on or off separately.

  • Every 15 minutes

The sync is scheduled, and Sync now runs it straight away with a summary.
