What TakeAway does
The TakeAway module is for restaurants, chip shops, snack bars and food shops. Each point of sale can offer takeaway: on your public Place page, the location card then shows the Takeaway service next to Eat in, the preparation time, the minimum order and a button to order.
For your team, Novadesko records takeaway orders per point of sale and tracks their progress, from paid to accepted, preparing, ready and picked up, or cancelled. An order taken by phone or at the counter can be entered with payment at pickup, in cash or by card. Online ordering and the self-order kiosk now run on NovaResto, the restaurant platform linked to Novadesko.
