What SMS does
The SMS module adds text messages to your reminders: when an invoice stays unpaid, the reminder can go out by SMS as well as by email, in a polite, firm or formal tone. You can also text a customer or a supplier straight from their record.
Messages use SMS credits. The SMS Credits page shows the balance, the messages sent this month and the success rate, and offers packs you pay by card. Auto-renewal tops up the chosen pack as soon as the balance drops below the threshold you set.
Every SMS is logged with the number, the message, the date, the related document and its delivery status. Prefer your own SMS Factor account? Enter your API token and messages are charged to that account.
