What E-commerce does
The E-commerce module links your online store to Novadesko. Three connectors are available in Integrations, E-commerce category: PrestaShop, WooCommerce and Shopify. You paste the store address and a read-only access key created in its admin, and Novadesko checks the connection.
From then on the sync runs by itself every 15 minutes, or on demand. Categories and products are imported into your catalogue, each order becomes a numbered purchase order with its customer, lines and shipping costs, and the invoice is generated when the order reaches the state you chose, using your invoice numbering.
Who is it for?
Belgian merchants selling online with PrestaShop, WooCommerce or Shopify who want their orders and invoices in their back office without typing them again.

Three platforms
PrestaShop through its Webservice key, WooCommerce through its REST API key, Shopify through the Admin API token of a custom app.

Catalogue imported
Categories and products with reference, price, EAN, weight and quantity, updated on every sync.

Orders as purchase orders
Each order becomes a numbered purchase order, with the customer matched by email or created, the lines and the shipping costs.

Automatic invoices
The invoice is generated as soon as the order reaches the chosen state, for example processing or paid.

Scheduled sync
Every 15 minutes, or right away with Sync now. Running it again creates no duplicates.

Read-only access
The keys requested are read-only: Novadesko changes nothing in your store.
