What Payment Plans does
The Payment Plans module manages the arrangements you negotiate: a supplier invoice or a debt to the authorities that you pay in several goes, or a customer to whom you grant a spread payment. You choose the supplier, the customer or a free name, the total amount, the number of instalments, the frequency, the start date and, if needed, an annual interest rate.
Novadesko computes the instalments and shows for each plan the total amount, the instalment, the progress and the next due date. An instalment can be marked as paid or linked to a bank transaction; the counters track active plans, the remaining balance and overdue items.
From the payment window of an invoice, the web version also offers to spread the balance into a payment plan. For a customer plan with interest, an invoice is generated automatically on each due date.
Who is it for?
Self-employed people and SMEs who agree an instalment arrangement with a supplier or the authorities, or who grant payment terms to their customers.

Suppliers and customers
Tabs separate what you owe (suppliers) from what you are owed (customers), with search and a status filter.

Computed schedule
Total amount, number of instalments (up to 360), frequency and start date: every instalment is created.

Interest
An optional annual interest rate is added to the plan, with a preview of the total with interest before creating it.

Linked to your bank
Mark an instalment as paid or link it to an existing bank transaction.

Automatic invoices
For a customer plan with interest, the invoice for the instalment is generated automatically on the day.
