What Data export does
The Data export module unlocks the export buttons across the whole application. Without it they stay locked (padlock icon).
For your documents, Export by period builds a ZIP archive with the PDF and the UBL XML of every document, sorted into Sales, Purchases, Credit notes, Receipts and Manual folders. The archive downloads directly or arrives by email. You can also download a selection of documents.
Your lists can be exported too: customers and suppliers as CSV or Excel (the whole list, a selection or a single record), products and categories, transactions as CSV or a PDF statement, the mileage log as CSV, PDF or Excel, and the income statement as CSV or PDF.
Who is it for?
Self-employed people and SMEs that hand their paperwork to an accountancy firm every month or quarter, work on their figures in Excel or want to keep a full copy of their data.
