Accountant access in action

What Accountant access does
The Accountant access module opens the Accounting section of the settings. There you look up your accountant in the Novadesko directory, which lists more than 15,000 firms, or invite them by email if they are not listed. The firm accepts the link from its own workspace.
Once the link is accepted, your accountancy firm views the documents you share from its own Novadesko workspace: sales, purchases, financial reports and bank documents. It downloads the PDF and XML files, the archives per VAT period and your reports, without you having to send anything.
On web.novadesko.com you choose each access separately and set how often documents are sent (monthly, quarterly or yearly). You also pick the users your accountant may contact in the messaging.
Who is it for?
Belgian self-employed people, companies and SMEs that work with an accountancy firm or a chartered accountant and want to stop sending their paperwork by email or on a USB stick.

Directory of firms
Search for your firm by name, VAT number or town. Firms already on the platform carry the On Novadesko badge.

Sales, purchases, financial reports and bank documents: on the web, each access is switched on separately.

Several firms
Link several firms, for instance while you change accountant. The one marked Default receives the documents.

Monthly, quarterly or yearly schedule, automatic sending date, reminders and sending confirmations.

Directors can always be reached by the firm. Switch on the other users your accountant may contact.
