What Purchase orders does
The purchase order records what your customer accepted before delivery: items, quantities, prices and discounts. You create it directly from the Purchase orders list, with the same form as an invoice, or more often from an accepted quote with Convert to, then Purchase order: every line of the quote is copied.
Once the order is delivered, Convert to, then Invoice creates the invoice with the next number of your series. The order then shows Linked to followed by the invoice number and can no longer be edited. In the meantime you can record a deposit on it, duplicate it or have it signed electronically when the signature module is active.
Who is it for?
Craftspeople, construction firms, wholesalers, B2B suppliers and Belgian service providers who confirm an order before delivering or starting a job.

-
Electronic signature
