What Electronic signature does
From the Options menu of a quote or a purchase order, Request signature sends your customer an email with a secure link. No account is needed: the customer opens a page where they read the document, view and accept your terms and conditions, enter their name and draw their signature with a finger, a mouse or a stylus.
To confirm, they receive a six digit code by SMS or email. The signature, the acceptance of the terms and the proof of the operation are recorded, a PDF certificate is sent by email, and you find it on the document under Signature certificate.
