What Contracts & Signatures does
The Contracts & Signatures module gathers your contracts on one screen: drafts, sent, viewed, signed, completed or cancelled, with a counter per status, search and filters. Each contract has a title, a customer, a total amount and, when needed, a deposit, an event date, an address, special conditions and an expiry date.
Your contract templates hold dynamic variables (text, date, amount, choice list or automatic value) filled in for each customer. Send to customer emails them a link: they read the contract, accept its terms and sign by drawing or typing their name, with no account. The signed contract downloads as a PDF, and the deposit can be turned into an invoice in one click.
