What NovaCloud does
NovaCloud is the file manager built into Novadesko. Drag and drop your files, organise them in folders and subfolders, and find them again by file type, by VAT period or with the search. A gauge shows the space used.
Every file can be previewed, downloaded, renamed, moved or duplicated. You can link it to an invoice or a purchase, send it by email or share it with your accountant. Whole folders can be downloaded.
The Export button builds a ZIP archive for a VAT period or a date range: invoice PDFs, XML in UBL/Peppol format and, if you wish, the files stored in NovaCloud. Deleted files go to the bin first.
Who is it for?
Self-employed people and SMEs that want to keep contracts, receipt photos, quotes received and other paperwork in the same place as their invoicing, and hand them over to their accountancy firm easily.
